Vertical Powder Coating

Beymetal operates state-of-the-art vertical powder coating facilities, offering high-capacity production and superior surface quality for architectural aluminum profiles.

As an authorized and approved applicator of AkzoNobel, Beymetal provides an extra 5-year warranty, ensuring long-term durability and performance.

Our Euroimpianti vertical powder coating line, established in 2023, has an annual production capacity of 24,000 tons.
In addition, the Cube Trevisan vertical powder coating line, established in 2015, operates with an annual capacity of 5,400 tons.

All aluminum profiles are electrostatically powder coated and certified for high surface quality, including compliance with SEASIDE certification, ensuring enhanced corrosion resistance for coastal and aggressive environments.
Furthermore, our advanced vacuum coating system enables special surface effects, including wood-look and decorative finishes, expanding design flexibility for architectural applications.

Special Effect

Special effect powder coating offers decorative and modern surface solutions with wood, stone, marble, and similar patterned finishes; it is widely used in door and window systems, as well as in home and office furniture.
Our special effect coating line utilizes advanced technology equipment to create unique and durable wood patterns on aluminum profiles.
